Personal Coaching

Solid! Personal Coaching Programmes

"Sarah is an awesome listener - she has a compassionate and powerful way of listening that allows the answers to come." Vicky, London.

I know from personal experience that life isn’t always straight forward – especially when you’re juggling different roles and responsibilities with career, family, home and personal relationships – time and energy to focus on your direction and what’s important for you can be limited.

Coaching is a positive approach to developing people’s potential. It is a process that enables people to focus on positive outcomes, understand and change self-limiting beliefs, overcome negative thoughts and behaviour, build satisfying relationships and feel better about themselves and others.

Having time with someone who is objective, non-judgmental and confidential as well as having coaching skills, tools and techniques can help you re-focus and make a difference to your life, work and relationships.

We offer:

  • Personal coaching on a one to one basis.
  • Small group coaching
  • Personal Retreats
  • Career Retreats
  • Relationship Focus
  • Coaching Skills for parents, grandparents, carers and workers supporting families
  • Confident Communication

Role of the Coach

The role of the coach is to support your learning and development and to enable you to achieve the positive change you’re looking for. You are ultimately the one who must take the necessary action and be responsible for your choices and results. The coach will use a range of techniques to support and challenge your thinking and actions. The coach will:

  • Create a safe, positive and supportive environment.
  • Provide a confidential and non-judgemental service.
  • Adhere to coaching code of ethics.
  • Think the best of clients and be a true thinking partner.
  • Be supportive, encouraging and positively challenging.
  • Enable clients to explore their current situation, priorities and goals.
  • Hold clients responsible for their lives.
  • Ask incisive questions and use a range of techniques and models to support your learning and development.
  • Help you build your confidence and motivation.
  • Support you to think the best of yourself, set achievable goals and overcome barriers.
  • Monitor and check on progress.
  • Enable you to evaluate the coaching process and your achievements.

I’ve coached clients who have been able to change their lives, see and fulfil their potential and build their confidence and motivation to achieve what they set their hearts on.

What clients say

“The experience has been rewarding and exciting. I have begun to challenge areas in my life which were previously firmly entrenched. I have begun to see potential which I was unable to see before. Perhaps most importantly I have begun to value myself in quite a different way.”  A, Birmingham

“Practical tasks given for homework work well - doing rather than thinking.
It’s a challenge to think of the positives about myself, but rewarding.
My energy is up and I’m on top of my workload.
Overall, being coached is a positive experience. C, Birmingham
