Family Focus Workshops

Families are an important part of every community and play an important role in bringing up confident children who can lead happy and fulfilling lives. We're also realists and know that all families have different needs, beliefs and values.

Some families thrive and develop and other families need more support to break the cycle of negativity, deprivation and abuse.

With over 20 years experience of working with families we've developed a range of workshops to support families to grow and develop.

All workshops can be flexibly programmed to meet the needs of your groups. We can also work with you to develop new parent support groups through the workshops.

We charge £350 per day per trainer plus expenses and materials - please contact us to discuss your needs and budget.

Family Workshops

Sanctuary - a 3 day workshop to give parents time and space to think through their lives and areas they'd like to change, learn positive thinking skills, develop a personal action plan, meet other parents and have some fun.

Confident Communication - a 2 day workshop to help parents build their confidence and effectiveness communicating with their own children as well as with professionals.

Traumas and Dramas! A 5 day workshop to give parents of teenagers time to talk about their concerns, learn how to manage their emotions, develop strategies to build and maintain a good relationship with their teenager and maintain sanity!

Coaching Skills - a 5 day workshop style programme to help parents learn coaching skills that will help them inspire and motivate their children, develop listening skills and build a toolkit of coaching activities to use with their children.

Relationship Reviver - a 3 day workshop to give parents time to think about their relationships with children, family, friends and partners and identify strategies to build stronger bonds, trust, openness and laughter.
